Administrative Review (102)

The Administrative Review application reviews administrative uses identified within the Table of Allowed Uses within the Zoning Ordinance. The administrative application is reviewed by the Planning Team to verify compliance with use-specific standards. Administrative reviews are typically for communication facilities, modifications to previously approved site plans and some parking agreements. While administrative reviews do not require a Pre-Application meeting, the applicant is encouraged to contact Planning and Development Services to verify if the proposal complies with all applicable zoning requirements.
