Sign Program

Sign Programs, also called a Master Sign Plan are required for multi-tenant developments (on at least two-acres) that are planned, designed, and built as an integrated and cohesive unit. The Master Sign Plan is created to establish criteria for all signs as it pertains to the design, materials, location, and quantity of signs in the development. These applications are typically reviewed administratively by the Planning Team but may require Design Review Committee and/or Planning & Zoning Commission approval.
