Project submittal is considered complete when all associated applications reviewed and accepted, and corresponding fees have been paid in full.

Planning and Zoning Commission
- Public Hearings: 1st Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
- Staff may add additional Planning and Zoning Commission meetings as needed
- Holidays may impact hearings and will be scheduled at the next available Monday.

- Dates may be adjusted for holidays.
- Dates are subject to change in the case of hearing deferrals and extended review. Verify with your assigned planner before posting the site.
- All applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will be scheduled at the next available hearing. You will be notified on the 2nd week of the month if your are scheduled for next month's P&Z hearing.
Historic Preservation Commission
- Public Hearings: Last Monday of the month, 6:00 p.m.
