Bonding and Mylar Application


As of 3/2024 Mylar reviews will be completed through Eplan. Applicant(s) will need to submit ‘Applicant Contact Information’ form to Brittany Hill at Once received a case will be created and an eplan link will be emailed to the applicant to upload all items listed on Final Plat Mylar App. Submittal Requirements. (If landscaping & conditions of approval have been completed, please work with Brittany Hill on setting up an inspection to verify all requirements have been met)

*CC&R’s still have the exception of being emailed in before all other mylar item submittal. As these have a separate review process. (*

First review timeline can take a month for all City Departments to complete.

If the following items will need bonding, the bond will need to be fully in place before mylar submittal/review will be accepted.

  • Sewer
  • Pressurized Irrigation
  • Streetlights
  • Landscaping & Conditions of approval

Items listed on the Bonding Submittal Requirements will need to be submitted to Correspondence will be provided if additional information is needed or the steps to pay the Processing Fee ($330.75) before review with the necessary departments can be started.

Please note that Bond Replacements/Partial Releases cannot be done. All requirements stated on the bond agreement must be fully met for the bond to be released. Separate Bonds are allowed for each item with the Processing Fee ($330.75) for each case.
