The 8.5-acre park features an universally accessible playground, basketball courts, a tennis court, horseshoe pit, open play areas, practice fields and restrooms.

There is a small parking lot available off of Phillippi Street as well as on street parking.

Restrooms are now closed and park drinking fountains are turned off for the winter.

Phillippi Park shelter maybe reserved. Reservations can be made 11 months in advance at the first of each month for this park.

Horseshoes pits are available on a first come, first served basis. Players must provide their own equipment.
Open Play Areas
Open play areas are cut grass spaces that provide opportunities for healthy recreational activities for people of all ages.

Playground is for ages 2-12.
Playground is universally accessible. Amenities include swings, slides, spinning games and a jungle gym.
Surface material is bonded rubber.

Smoking Prohibition
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all public parks, including within 20 feet of the Boise Greenbelt, except in designated areas within Ann Morrison and Julia Davis parks and city-owned golf courses.
Towing
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's risk and expense. Boise Valley Towing at (208) 389-9707.

About Phillippi Park
The City of Boise purchased the property for Phillippi Park in September 1971 from Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Hooper.
