Alternative Sign Plan

Alternative Sign Programs are required for multi-tenant nonresidential developments that are planned and developed as a single integrated unit.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Hospital complexes on sites of two acres or larger
• Office centers with multiple building on sites of two acres or larger
• Industrial parks with multiple buildings on sites of five acres or larger
• Single, multi-tenant buildings on sites of two acres or larger

The Alternative Sign Program is created to establish criteria for all signs as it pertains to the design, materials, location, and quantity of signs in the development. These applications are reviewed administratively.
