Allowed Use with Alternative Form applies to applications for an Allowed use that comply with all Use-Specific Standards for the use, except that they do not meet one or more of the Use-Specific Form Standards applicable to the Allowed Use in the zoning district that they are located in and therefore are proposing an Alternative Form for approval. These applications are reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission for decision.
