The Residential Small Lots application reviews new development and additions on legal, buildable residential properties that are below the minimum lot area or width typically required or under 3,500 square feet.
A development containing five or more dwelling units on up to four contiguous Residential Small Lots are reviewed by the Design Review Commission.
