Hillside Development - Category 3
The Hillside Development - Category 3 application reviews for compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and applies to any developments that meet established thresholds for slope (exceeding 15%) or other adverse conditions associated with these areas and as required by Section 11-03-07.3.G(3)(c). These applications are reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. This review ensures development of sloped land occurs in a manner consistent with Comprehensive Plan.
