There are physical elements that are required throughout the Development and Design Standards that must be maintained in compliance with the zoning code. The Operations and Maintenance Standards ensure these standards in each section will be kept up in perpetuity:
- Landscaping, buffering and screening
- Exterior lighting
- Signs
- Noise
- Glare, heat, smoke, fumes, radiation and odors
- Vibration
- Hazardous materials; and
- Waste materials
