This is Household Hazardous Waste.
The following cylinders and tanks are accepted:
- Propane - Twenty-pound (BBQ and larger size) refillable tanks and one-time use, one-pound camping style canisters
- Unused camping fuel canisters or fire starters
- Unused solid camping fuel cubes
- Helium tanks (retail size used for parties, etc.) Larger tanks compressed gas cylinders used for welding are not accepted. These larger industrial tanks are usually returnable to the distributor for refilling
Reduce and Reuse
Buy only what you need to limit excess that will become waste.
