Commercial Organic Waste Service Provider Registration

All companies providing commercial organic waste services using solid waste containers are required to submit the following registration form to the City of Boise and abide by all requirements of the Solid Waste Services Ordinance. The information on this form must be updated annually by the commercial organic waste service provider before January 31. See Boise City Code Title 10, Chapter 4 for details.

Applicant Agreement

Applicant agrees to adhere to all applicable codes, covenants, and laws adopted by the City of Boise, including the applicable chapters in the Solid Waste Services Ordinance, currently found at Boise City Code Title 10, Chapter 4.

Applicant agrees to adhere to all applicable codes, covenants and laws adopted by Ada County, the State of Idaho and the Federal government.

Applicant will not transport Commercial Organic Waste unless the vehicle securely contains the waste in a manner that, while in transit, will prevent waste and related liquids from escaping or leaking from the vehicle.

I have completed the above checklist by submitting all required items and supporting documents. Any changes to this information, including accepted materials and disposal location/method will be updated annually in the registration form.
