The Plan Review office of the Fire Prevention Division works with the Boise City Planning and Development Services Department on commercial and residential subdivisions, design review, annexations, rezoning, conditional use permits, staff level permits, variance requests and verifies compliance of non-building agreements.
Developers can receive advice on plans prior to City Council approval. Annexations and rezoning within city limits is monitored by Boise Fire Department so those areas will have adequate fire protection.
