Fee Increase Notice: Water Renewal (Sewer) Connection Fee Adjustments Begin October 1, 2024

The City of Boise is updating water renewal (sewer) connection fees to reflect the current cost of sewer and water renewal treatment infrastructure. These connection fee changes will affect development costs for residential dwelling units and commercial facilities that are new or are increasing water usage. To facilitate a smooth transition, the city has designed a three-year phasing plan for implementation of these fee adjustments.
