The Comprehensive Plan Adoption or Amendment application is for proposing to adopt a new Comprehensive Plan or make an amendment to the existing Comprehensive Plan (Blueprint Boise), including but not limited to applications to adopt or amend the Future Land Use Map component of the Comprehensive Plan for the city.
