How something is built is as important as the use located within the building! We are proposing additional standards for buildings and their associated parking areas to ensure that projects located in our most important locations support our city's long term goals. Projects that meet our "Allowed Form" become a type two application and are reviewed administratively. Projects that propose an "Alternative Form" but meet the other standards of the zoning code become a type three application and will be reviewed during a public hearing at the Planning & Zoning Commission.
