The Planning and Development Services Planning Division ensures various projects align with city code for land use and zoning, design aesthetics and preservation, and long-term master plans for managing growth into the future.

Notice of Changes

The City of Boise remains committed to serving our residents and meeting the needs of our growing community. To continue to provide the quality of constituent services we are dedicated to, we are making the following changes for the next six-months, effective immediately:

  • Planning and Zoning Commission will only meet once a month starting March 1. Learn More
  • Permitting first review target days have been eliminated from the website. Staff will continue to work as quickly as possible through permits.
